The mission of GTP is to promote Gambian culture in the state of Washington, inform and educate Gambians to discover their potentials and facilitate communication in the use of information technologies and work of arts for the attainment and discovery of their talents, bridge the gap between our community & the wider society which will enable us to have access to information and local resources, promote and encourage tolerance and peaceful co-existence between Gambians.Learn More
Is a civil society membership organization geared towards complementing government and private sector development initiatives through the new media, arts and cultural orientation and the promotion of democracy and respect for human rights and the rule of law.
To bridge the gap between our community & the wider society which will enable us to have access to information and local resources,promote and encourage tolerance and peaceful co-existence between Gambians in WA & the wider society,teach kids of Gambian descend about the positive cultures from their parent’s birth country, support and promote talent development among Gambians in WA (youths and women in particular) through media,arts and culture as well as promote diversity & integration.
